We want to ask for your help in keeping other patients and our staff safe when you visit the practice after the Covid-19 restrictions are lifted on 19th July, by continuing to wear a face covering, maintain social distancing and by using the hand sanitiser provided.
We appreciate that these restrictions will no longer be a legal requirement, but we feel it is important that we continue with these precautionary measures in order to provide a safe environment and to protect everyone, especially our sick and vulnerable patients and to minimise the number of our staff catching Covid-19 as this affects our ability to maintain the services we provide. By asking patients and staff to follow these measures, we will also be compliant with Public Health England’s Infection Prevention and Control Guidance for healthcare settings.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
